"Terrible - called to confirm ride 2 days prior to appointment. They confirmed ride date and time. Did not show up and called them to ask if the ride was coming I was told that they would check and call me back in 5 minutes. Didn't call. I called them back and they said they couldn't get hold of the driver. Was again told they would call me back in 5mn. Called them AGAIN. Was told driver was busy with another client and couldn't pick us up"

"The quality of service is too inconsistent. I've had one great ride with speedy van but the others were distressing they had the child lock on the door so I couldn't get out on my own and I had to sign something. They need to handle all that stuff on their end with insurance so they don't distress medride folx."
