"Northbound on 100 on 02/08/24. A white van (#871 iirc) was erractically weaving through congested traffic, no turn signals, causing several drivers to swerve out of the way and/or slam on their brakes. Do better before someone gets hurt."

"I was driving to work in the far right lane on 494 this morning, going the exact speed limit and staying out of the way of drivers who wanted to go faster. A white dodge van merged in behind me and immediately turned on their brights. Assuming it was a warning about police or that maybe I had a light out, I waited to see if they'd flash them. They did not, but drove as close as possible to my rear end. The middle and left lane were wide open and I knew better than to touch brakes or go off an exit- I kept going straight ahead at the speed limit. The van proceeded to flash its brights off and then back on, purposefully impeding my vision. This happened for miles straight. I got scared. Finally, the van started trying to use the on-ramps that end to go RIGHT around me. They nearly side swiped me three times trying to go around me in these merge lanes instead of going to the middle or left per law. They finally did go left, then immediately whipped back in front of me, slamming on their brakes with nobody in front of them, and go 40 miles an hour. I assume they're about to take an exit and slow safely, the car behind me nearly hitting me in the process. They don't. After a few moments, I go left. The van follows. I go left again. The van follows, slowing their speed every single time. Now I'm terrified. Other traffic is impeded too. I called the number on the van and reported the license plate number as there was no visible van number on the back. I finally managed to get away from them by sheer luck. Looking at other reviews here I have a feeling I won't hear back. I hope this company- a SCHOOL BUS SERVICE???- disciplines this driver. I've never called the number on the back of a vehicle on the road in my life until today and I've also never been scared for my safety from a road rager before, either. If management posts a review claiming I did not leave a message, it is false- I did immediately with my first name, the license plate number, and a description of these events."

"I've worked here 10 years. It's a very rewarding job. TCT really cares about each person. Dozens of employees over 10 yrs here. Ignore the few complainers, every place has a few."

"The management staff is horrible and absolutely doesn't care about anything other than taking advantage of our school districts that pays them very well. Sadly some of the most dishonest souls I have ever tried so hard and did so much to help. Nasty and arrogant folks who really need to have their business practices reviewed and be held accountable.✌️"
