"Rented a trailer from this location ahead of time, and even called the location to verify the trailer as I was coming from across the state to move a car. First trailer was missing pieces. Next trailer added 50 miles to my trip, and the first trailer they had has a flat tire. Returning trailer with app was also difficult, didn’t recognize the trailer type. People at this location were nice, but the entire experience was a huge headache. Would not recommend to someone I didn’t like."

"The guy that helped me I think was the manager of this particular store hooked me up with a clevis pin for My trailer was friendly and professional I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for making it about the customer he could've charged me. "absolutely the worst customer service ever. We had a hitch put on our brand-new vehicle. Everything went smoothly, scheduling, the day of etc. fast forward to a couple months later a message was coming up on our dash saying our turn signal was out. We brought it to the dealership. The technician there showed my husband the bad wiring job and exposed wires the u haul left our causing corrosion. Mind you this vehicle is less than 7 months old. The technician at the dealership said U haul should be responsible for this bad instillation. We made the repairs to a tune of 500 dollars and brought it to u haul with receipts. The manager at U haul was so accommodating and said no problem he agrees with the dealership and that he had new technicians so he will gladly pay for the repairs. 4 months later.... no refund has been issues. My husband stopped in again and the manager said corporate keeps rejecting it, so he is going to reimburse us for 200 dollars at a time to get around corporate. no refund My husband stops in again and says OK this is ridiculous. Again the manager said corporate is to blame. So my husband comes home and calls corporate. Great customer service. The representative says they can see its been rejected but only because the manager did not send in the right paperwork. That day while on the phone with the rep... all paperwork is emailed and submitted by my husband. With assurances this will get taken care of. 2 weeks later no refund. My husband calls corporate, and a rep said the manager of the Lakeville location said he installed it himself with no issues, and they would not be issuing a refund. I am honestly shocked. How can multiple people say yes this will be covered and then 6 months later receive nothing, which it's obvious that something was inaccurately done to cause exposed wires. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a claim, as well as Lakeville rotatory. Be ware of the manger, saying what you want to hear but now following through and them ruining your car. Its not worth the price. go to the dealership and pay extra where they have properly trained technicians."
