"What a joke of a play on customer service. Most UPS stores allow you to drop off a package that is all set to go and no receipt needed. THIS location, one of the female clerks at the printing counter said I had to go wait in line so they can scan it! I said I dont need a receipt and it's all set to go. She said we are different. You have to wait in line. At that point I was taking my business elsewhere."
