"I always enjoy using this location. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I am most times usually helped in the evenings by the blonde woman with glasses or the brunette woman. Yesterday evening (7:30pm on December 6th) there was a gentleman that had to wait over 5 minutes and when he was up next he again to swear and berate the business. The 2 women handled themselves so professionally, they did not deserve any of this berating by a customer regardless of what you are going thru in life never take it out on someone especially when they have absolutely nothing to do with your experience and are at the desk trying to help you and do there assigned jobs. Just a reminder to everyone, be kind, speak to other with respect, mistakes may and will happen. This location and its employees will always be my go to for business."
"FedEx employees should know better than customers what's required for shipping international. Case and point, we recently shipped some gift items to Kenya. We told the FedEx employee behind the counter that Kenya requires EVERYTHING and it's value to be listed in the form. 4 times we told them everything had to be listed and they told us it isn't required and that there's not even enough room on the form to list the 18 items we shipped. They refused to list them. We get a communication when the package arrived in Kenya that it was being held. Want to guess why?! Yep they would not release the package without the information we insisted needed to be on the form. Get it straight! Do your job. By the way, one of the gifts was a graduation dress. But now they won't have it in time for graduation. Thanks and this is not the first time this problem happened at this FedEx location."
"Came home early for delivery. Signed up for text alerts. No one rang the doorbell nor knocked on the door and then I get an update that they attempted delivery and no one was there. Called customer support and had an AI experience from hell. One thing to be honest and say they didn't have time to deliver but the dishonesty really leaves a bad taste. Sorry this isn't about this center just the driver experience and why I had to go to this location to retrieve an urgent package."

"I had a overnight delivery but they didn't delivered to my home address and said some reason that their system showing my zip code 55423 as a Minneapolis. Even though I am living in Richfield. And they suggested me to come and pick up form shipping center. I have waited 1 hour and they said that my medicine is with some driver and I have to wait until he comes. What the dirty service you guys are doing. Why the agent is keeping our medicine if he can't deliver it. I don't know what is the meaning of paying extra dollar for overnight delivery? Atlast they get my package and the front desk guy is yelling us. They were saying "why you ship medicine in FedEx why can't you buy from Walgreen" ?" We didn't went there for his idiotic advice.First please teach them good manner and ethics."
