"Frustrating experience today. Wanted to copy six pages onto cardstock. The first guy, Curtis was very nice but had not been trained and he bumbled through until he was actually getting some success. Then Steve came along and said, 'Whoa, whoa, whoa, what are you doing? Have you given her a quote?" Then proceeded to create an order, 1.50 per page, a handfeeding fee, a rush fee, well over $200. Steve said to me, "We have a teachable moment here" I asked for my original back and I would go somewhere else. I asked that the $1.50 that had been charged on my card (Curtis had been trying to help me, and directed me to pay at the self serve machines) be refunded. Curtis tried for another 15 minutes and finally asked Steve who was wondering around aimlessly. Steve said, "Curtis you did nothing wrong. The machine has a glitch." Like I was being unreasonable. Steve was unable to figure out how to refund my money or apparently open the cash drawer and hand me my $1.50. I asked for my card back and left. Over an hour, and a buck fifty to watch two monkey's f a football. I went home and got the whole project uploaded to Office Depot and shipped to my house for $65."
