"Dohrn Transfer did not handle my Hobart Mixer shipment properly. This shipment was delivered on it's side with oil leaking all over and plenty of damaged parts. I have shipped hundreds of mixers with no problem and was told it happened because of the way it was packaged for shipment so they denied the claim. The reason it tipped was because some driver somewhere could not be bothered to use a strap. Did not even offer to refund the cost of shipment. One photo shows how it was delivered on it's side the other 2 photos show how it was packaged for shipment. It does state on the packaging top heavy use strap. "12/6/21 In the past half the drivers have been rude, and also have had issues with not getting all of product. Delivery paperwork clearly says 2 pallets and driver says they are only having one to drop off. And knowing this order we get ALWAYS comes with 2 pallets. No consideration to calling their dispatch to figure out what went wrong. UPDATE as of 12/9/21 in response to your response. I had called Dohrn Transfer to get a status on our missing pallet at our store. I even gave my personal cell phone number so just in case I was not at the store, I could still respond since I am the only one in receiving at our store. This was done on 11/6/21 in the morning right after I started my shift around 11 am roughly. There was plenty of time to find out in the day where this pallet was. Better yet, to find out where it was monday or tuesday. I have yet to receive a call back on what the status of this missing pallet."

"ZERO I would like someone at your company to know, a male deliverer, Hispanic, medium build with glasses, who delivered toilet paper to CUHCC clinic at 2001 Bloomington Ave at approximately 11:00, is extremely rude. He was to deliver this to the back, & when I approached him kindly to ask if he was in a rush to make other runs, he says “I’m not gonna stay here forever” in a very condescending tone. Disrespectful this one. I just wanted to see if he had five minutes to move the delivery to the back. I see the truck has no plate but I got this number down. ST215 I also see your company already has poor ratings. Might wanna do something about your drivers with mad attitude. Hope he doesn’t talk to his mom that way or his daughters."

"Dohrn Transfer is a Horrible company to deal with they are always late, typically rude, and they consistently damage equipment. 4 out of 4 shipments were damaged or bCkcharged. We deal with 8 other shipoer/trucking companies on a daily basis. Dohrn is the worst."
