"HORRIBLE customer service. I needed to change my reservation from one week to the next. I clicked on the “manage reservation” box on the email I received. It kept saying “page unavailable.” So I go to the website and enter my reservation number. There is a box that says “additional information.” I don’t what information goes there. I finally called and told the lady I needed to cancel the one I made and I’d go ahead and book another one myself. She said, no problem. I asked her what the “additional information” box meant. She said, “I don’t know.” I went ahead and made another reservation for the correct date. I then checked my email and she issued me a CREDIT not a refund. I sure wish I could look at my reservation!!!! Well, I figured it out the “additional information” box myself. It means enter your email. So now, I’ve paid for 2 trips. I called back and the lady who refused to give me her name and couldn’t answer my questions, wouldn’t give me a refund. I only need a shuttle once a year, so now I’m stuck using them next year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They make you pay multiple times for one trip. I wish I could give negative stars."

"I got to the pickup location right at the 6:15 pickup time...apparently the driver picked up some one else. Nobody at the desk. My plane was slightly late but I still got here right at the pickup time. No Calls nothing...nothing. I've allways used Rochester Shuttle service and I will never use Groome again. Shame on you guys. Stranding a Mayo Patient."

"I just watched the driver of vehicle 387 tell an airport employee to go find something high to jump off of, because the airport employee told them they can't drive the wrong way down a one way road for safety reasons. He then peeled out eradiacally. As a long-distance shuttle driver myself, I would never ride with someone who can't seem to obey the law while driving, and I can't recommend others do either."

"Currently sitting at Terminal 1 waiting for a family member to drive from Duluth to get me at 1 am because the shuttle I reserved a month in advance never showed up. The drivers for other runs are down right rude and have no way to contact to find out what happened. Never again. I also work in hotel management and will NEVER recommend this service to our guests."

"I use Groome several times a year to and from Duluth to MSP APO. I have had amazing drivers, nice friendly and accommodating. A few weeks ago I was picked up at the Holiday on 27th in Duluth on my way to MSP for a flight. While riding, I noticed I was swaying back and forth in my seat a lot. I started to pay attention to the drivers steering and noticed him crossing over the center line even drifting to the right side of the road catching the ditch several different times. This made me very nervous about his driving skills. I even asked him if he was ok to drive. His reply was yes, and blaming the van on his bad driving. I did make it to the airport ok. I reported this to Groome and was told he would receive more training. I do not feel training will help! I feel he should not be driving for Groome! I will continue to use Groome but will never ride with him again!"
