Southwest Airlines

"We paid for a nonstop flight to Vegas and the monitor said it was a nonstop flight to Las Vegas. Apparently that means you stop in Kansas City but because you don’t get off the plane that is how they say it’s a “nonstop.” I don’t like liars and Southwest is a big giant LIAR!!! I’m never flying with them again. If I could rate them zero I would !!!!"

"They canceled our flight, we paid 3x the price for new tickets a week later, no one to talk to, still not refunded or heard from any real people in 5 days… never have these problems with Delta!"

"On a long flight from MSP to Denver on Nov 21st, I asked the older, heavy set FA (Lindsey/Leslie?) for 2 beers. She got rude saying "I will get you one and see how you do" in front of my 25 y/o son. I was stunned. Then she condescended: "Do you have a problem with that?" I didn't answer because I thought she was baiting me into an argument. When we landed, I told the Pilot (Sean) about it. He agreed she was being rude and said he would talk to her."

"Been flying southwest for years. They're the best. New bigger airplanes. 737-700. 737-800 Flights are full now, meaning all seats taken. Usually no issues. If there is an issue southwest usually gives a vocher for a future date. Some flights arent straight through but the other airports are nice. In mpls southwest has its own terminal. Terminal 2. Its super nice. Up, up & away. Join rapid rewards to earn flyer miles for each trip. Which = a free trip. Or flyer miles can be used to by someone else a ticket."
