"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. We paid for a full service move from Las Vegas to a new home in Minnesota. In Las Vegas, all of our items were packed by Zippy Shell, including our piano which they confirmed in advance they could move without a problem. We paid Zippy Shell extra money for the piano and the full service move. When our shells arrived in Minnesota, however, we came to find Zippy Shell uses a third party delivery crew who refuses to deliver our belongings because of the piano. Zippy Shell has refused to find another third party company who will move our belongings with our piano all of which is still in their possession over a week after deliver was initially scheduled. They continue to state we need to find a professional piano mover despite the fact that we already paid them in full in advance to do this job. To add insult to an already horrible experience, the third-party movers are incredibly rude."
