No hidden fees, all cost is upfront, as well as they have the best drivers that are very friendly and communicative with the client. Any questions or concerns I had, I could easily contact the driver through text and they always got back to me promptly. The bus also arrived SPOTLESS clean and everything was working, the driver even showed up 15 minutes early to make sure everyone had time to get on so we could start the party on time! My group of deaf people have been renting from this company for the past 5 or so years for our annual birthday / Halloween theme party, this year was the "Roaring Twenties", and let me tell you, the music system is hands down the best music system of any party bus company. No need to bring your own phone and plug it in a sound system, this company has it all set up on a touchscreen with many music pre-loaded in the system, very easy to use and navigate. As a deaf person, we love loud BASS so we could feel the music and this party bus company has it and the sound quality was simply the best, they do not cheapen out on their music in this company! As long as they are around, I'll be continuing to use this company, once you found a good company as this, they are worth every cent to have to not worry if they'll show up, communicate with you, or even have clean buses like my experiences with other party bus companies.
