"Made an appointment with over two weeks in advance for an oil change, dropped the truck off on a friday and it's now the next thursday and I have to call in just to hear them say "we have been really busy and haven't even looked at the truck yet but maybe tomorrow we'll get it in" I think most of us with big trucks make a living using them and each day is very valuable, but it seems I-State has no care about that. Very disappointed in the management, actual service on the trucks might be great but I never made it that far to comment."
