I dropped of my bus to get an oil change and quote for the parking brake and coolant leak. 6 weeks later after multiple calls to check in I finally got a quote. Very displeased with this service I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I went to pick up my bus they charged me $500 to diagnose the parking break and coolant leak which they already new was bad and no oil change had been completed."

"It started out well. We were thrilled to find a service department that could lift our RV to do exhaust work. The facility was beautiful. Their mechanic Brian was knowledgeable. They figured out what made the front end so loose and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. We gave them $3000.00 up front. Then it all went down hill. They held our RV hostage for 4 weeks. We would call and leave voice mails all day Friday thinking we might get it back and go camping. The calls would not be returned until the following week. They claimed they kept it inside, but I think their service manager, Jake was taking it camping himself for the last 3 weekends. I will definitely be changing the sheets! The repairs were actually awesome."
