"Called the number listed and the answering machine wouldn't let me speak to a representative without knowing what my question was about but everytime I tried to explain my question it said "sorry I didn't catch that" until I got so frustrated I hung up. Fedex could hire real human beings to answer the phone but why would they when a robot is cheaper even if it doesn't work..."
