"It's a beautiful, moderate home only because there's a really big hill you have to go down and then back up at the very beginning . The trail skirts along a little creek with some great swimming places for children in the summer time. When you get to the bigger creek you will have to wade through several times so be aware of that. It's well worth it though once you get there, specially if there's water flowing. It's pretty awesome. It is a wet weather water fall so it's not always flowing. Not too far from there is Reynolds Falls that flows to some extent most of the year. It is very pretty and worth a look."
"Beautiful area, but the trail aspect appears to be closed? The road in to the trailhead is blocked with two sets of concrete barricades and three dirt mounds about a half mile out. The trailhead area has chest high brush and I was unable to find any trail to follow. Beautiful creek area, though, and the dirt road is scenic to walk along."
"Turning off the highway there is a road closed sign. Ignore it, the road is closed just after the parking lot for the trail. One of my photos is the track we walked. Lots of orange tape flags on the trees to assist finding out. There is a waterfall we walked to before the falls pointed out by a local that generally always had water. Tea kettle was barely dropping when we got there. Your get will probably get wet. 2.6 Mike round trip, have fun!"
"When you park there are two paths, either down the road to the trailhead or go right down an access road. Both go to the same place but going right down the access road will add an extra mile. This is a moderate to hard hike due to the elevation. Once down in the bottom you will have to walk the creek bed because the trail is overgrown. Cool place."
"This was a cool hike that I'm really glad we did. There were two creeks to cross that I was not aware of and didn't have the right shoes. Easy trailhead to miss. When you park your car, you will walk down a old logging road about a quarter mile. When you reach the bottom there is a meadow on the right. Walk through the meadow to find trailhead."
