"10/14/22 about 8:16am one of the drivers here would not allow me to merge into slower traffic on H94 forcing me to take the shoulder and see what other way I can merge in. I look over to see this guy straight faced looking forward like there is not a massive vehicle right next to him trying to get in. Had my indicater on the whole 100+ foot of the merge lane. You would think someone in a business labeled vehicle would have more seance than to try and cause an accident just to not let someone merge in."
