"Very good experience. I was helped immediately by front desk staff people. Dr. Folden was friendly and informative and explained the procedure thoroughly. There was a little trouble with the machine so delayed things just a few minutes. Dr. Folden apologized for the delay and when the procedure was finished he said it looked "fantastic" and invited any questions I had. "I felt well cared for going to various rooms for different tests. In the last room, the nurse put in drops in each eye only to find my eyes had not dilated & added more drops. When doctor came in also finding my eyes had not dilated adding more multiple drops leaving room for 5 minutes. My eyes then apparently had dilated for exam. Upon leaving, I asked if it was safe for me to drive..."Oh sure, no problem. Another patient coming in helped me to my car where I sat for 30 minutes. I did have sunglasses thankfully but still didn't help much. My 40 minute drive home was terrible with me holding the Cataract info folder next to the driver's side window. Upon getting home, I stayed in basement to avoid light for an hour. My concern is if my eyes don't dilate for Cataract surgery, how this would affect the process & recovery."
