The experiences are so amazing, you become closer to God, new friends, and even the staff. This was my 3rd year, and every year it just gets better and better. I highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome place to send their kiddos where they can experience deepening their relationship with Christ, and making new friends who also have a strong love for Him!"

"After we pulled our 11 year old daughter from public school, in order to avoid all the increasing gender ideology, we were excited to find a camp with a biblical focus and would hopefully be a place where she could have a great time in a safe environment. Sadly, this was not the case. After we came to pick up our daughter at the end of the 2022 session, she told us that 2 of the girls in her cabin had begun a “relationship” and were kissing and holding hands. One of the girls also demanded to be called a male name. They threatened the other girls to be quiet about it and not tell on them. This made our daughter extremely uncomfortable, obviously. When we heard we immediately called Matt, the camp director and told him what our daughter had experienced. He immediately knew the camper in question, as they had “had issues” previously. We were very disappointed that even though he knew of existing issues, the camper was allowed to be in a cabin with other unsuspecting girls. Our daughter wanted to return this summer(2023) and before we would allow it, I called Matt again just this week(May 2023). I wanted to know what was being done to protect the girls from this situation happening again. He said he would not ban that camper from attending and would “watch her closely”, and offered to make sure our daughter was not placed in the same cabin. I said that does nothing to protect the other girls and I couldn’t believe this behavior was being tolerated. I feel other parents need to know this is going on and even after 2 years in a row of “issues”, the camper will still be in a cabin with other unsuspecting girls. The camp is very strict about separating boys from girls, but how do you protect the innocent girls when they are forced to bunk with a camper in a lesbian relationship demanding to be called a male name? We have decided this does not adequately provide a safe environment and won’t be sending our daughter back."

"I love the focus on Jesus and learning more about Him, plus it's a great environment to make friends and have fun. The view over the lake is gorgeous as well."

"I attended camp here in my youth, and now my children are old enough to go. It is very reasonably priced especially compared to other sleepaway camps offered in the area. (The cabins do not have AC, but they do have fans. The chapel has AC and maybe a few of the other buildings for group gatherings.)"
