"The guy who helped me was not friendly. I was on the road for work, and obviously didn’t have a printer. I’ve never had to pay 2.93 to print a prepaid label from any store in the past. When I mentioned and made note, the guy working didn’t care and said it wasn’t his problem. It was an already prepaid label I had to email him to print to get my item shipped. He also needed to me to not only email it from my work email, but also my personal email as he wasn’t receiving it. Finally he received both. Which is weird because honestly one email should have been enough. I do not plan to be back to this store, and certainly don’t recommend this store for business. Guess I’ll use the free printer at the hotel from now on."
