"I was told I could ship my dog from the United Pet Safe agent (acceptance time was 1455) on a Saturday. After driving 10 hours one way I found out the doors were locked at 1445. Why they would lock the doors this early, I have no idea? I talked to agents several times over the phone about where to go and whether or not it would work considering the timing, size of crate etc, and distance I was traveling...Needless to say, I was not impressed. After contacting an agent over the phone to explain the situation they told me to go to the baggage claim area for United at the Minneapolis Airport, to try getting my dog on the same flight..but, that didn't work either.... It would have been nice to know in advance that they only accept the 500 series crate size, which is 30 inches high (nothing bigger) at this office. We ended up shipping the dog from another city, different day..horrible experience."

"They handle animals flying as cargo for American, Alaska, and United. Call them a day or 2 ahead of time to make sure you have everything ready to transport. They also handle cargo for several airlines. Great service."
