Closing Hub

"Our experience with Closing Hub was a disaster from the very beginning and even one star is too high for them. On the first day of closing as sellers, they were unaware of the date we had set up with them, resulting in a lack of readiness that led to completely messed up numbers. Fortunately, we closely checked their listed numbers, prompting them to correct and later email the revised figures to us. It was so confusing why we bothered to be there if they were unprepared. A second reason I would not recommend Closing Hub to anyone is the final closing day with the buyer. It occurred at a specific time without our presence, and half an hour later, we received a congratulatory email without the accompanying funds. Attempts to reach Melissa went unanswered, and when we contacted Jennifer, she claimed it was not her responsibility to investigate the whereabouts of our money. To make a long story short, after dead-end and multiple calls to Jennifer and Melissa someone other than Closing Hub associates eventually contacted us (regrettably, I don't know the person's name), and after three hours of searching for our funds, they discovered that the buyer's title service had not sent the money.If any of these two personas picked up their phone and did the same they would discover what happened, but they were not whiling to help thinking that is not their job. I am still baffled by their lack of interest in completing their job as expected and their overall carelessness. This experience is the reason I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Closing Hub to anyone, not even to my worst enemy."
