The employee even brought the truck around to us and explained everything we needed to know about the questionnaire you have to fill out online about the vehicle. After I gave up the mobile option, it was a good experience."

"I’ve been to lots of U-Haul stores over the years, and this location was the best. The check in and check out process were seamless—both took less than 5 minutes. The store and vehicle were spotless, and all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the lack of upselling. The person who helped me get my vehicle even built in some complimentary cushion time on the return as I wasn’t sure the exact time I would be back. I don’t normally look forward to renting a vehicle, but I hope to be able to work with this location again."
