"J.B. Hunt Transport was contracted by Maytag to deliver our Maytag appliances that we ordered. The delivery window was provided at least a week prior to the delivery date, so they would have had plenty of time to arrange their schedule to meet the delivery window. We were given a 4 hour delivery window. It did not arrive in this window. I called Maytag and they reached out to them and J.B. Hunt told them if not later that day it would be the next day for sure, even though everyone in the area knew there was a snow storm coming the following day. But they assured it would be the following day for sure. So I took a second day off of work. Now they are telling Maytag that it will not be today due to the snow storm and that they would "try" to deliver the next day. This will now require me to take a third day off of work and even then, no guarantee from J.B. Hunt that it will be delivered tomorrow. This is purely the delivery companies fault and not Maytag, but Maytag selected this vendor so they are equally culpable and this is damaging the value of their brand. Manufacturers should think twice about contracting this company for their deliveries."

"I gave a 3 because I feel that is fair. My product was delivered in working condition. I had alot of issues with this delivery but it wasn't all them. I was meant to get it a certain day and it never showed up. No communication. Come to find out my delivery was moved to a different day without my permission. I work just like they do. I NEED to know in advance to prepare. Also I paid for delivery and installation for 3 appliances. They couldn't install a single thing. I know its out of there control because there not set up for certain installations but Maybe figure out a way to be more prepared for installations if thays part of your service. Seems stupid to me. They are a 3rd party service through menards than whirlpool. Not all there fault but they did nothing to accommodate me as a customer. Thanks It says was all them. I meant it wasn't all them***"

"This company will not take responsibility for their drivers as they are aggressive on the roads and I have been hit from the rear/side by one of their trucks and they are blaming me even though their truck hit my vehicle. And this is what they give you in explanation “ Without any video or further proof of our driver acceleration, we must consider this word-versus-word.” So disappointed with how they handled the claim. Don’t trust them! Beware!"

"These guys were great! Set up my electric stove from Costco in March 22 and took the old one out in under 10 minutes. The even used stuff pads so as not to scratch my floor. Driver and Crew were nice and polite. I was pleased."
