"An entire pallet went missing and no one wanted to put any effort into finding it. I lost thousands of dollars worth of items for a sales meeting. Three pallets left my dock and 1 pallet plus 20+ individual boxes arrived at my destination. They broke one of my pallets out into boxes without telling me. I had to talk to the driver myself, initiate all follow up communication and was gaslighted. The hotel was blamed immediately for losing the pallet without any research into the issue. The hotel went as far to look at their security footage to prove it was never delivered. An entire pallet is still missing and on top of it I was invoiced for everything without follow up communication."
