"If I could give 10 stars I would. I had to drop off some Xfinity equipment at the store only to find out there was a ten person queue… he told me I could do it with UPS. At first I thought I would have to jump through all these hoops get a box, etc. Only to find out I didn’t. I called ahead to confirm that they did in fact provide the service. The customer service agent on the phone was named Madison, and Madison assured me that it was something that could be done quickly and easily. I got to the store, and Madison kept her promise. I was in and out of that store within five minutes. She let me know that they provided the box and gave me a piece of paper with the tracking number and told me to hold onto it for a few months. I recommend any and everybody to utilize this service that has partnered from Xfinity/Comcast with UPS. Huge shout out to Madison thank you for making the process easy you were amazing to work with!"

"Straight robbery. It cost $13 for a BOX?!?!?!?! Never again. Learned my lesson. Don't fall for it if you're just looking for boxes. They are not cheap here. Go elsewhere. I also double checked my receipt and noticed the person over charged me for the wrong bubble. Mine literally has a tag on it that says $6.99 but I was charged a larger size at $9.99."
