"This is the Absolute worst shipping method to ever use. I ordered my grandson a Disney Cars outfit off of Amazon and it was delivered sometime between 8pm lastnight and 9am this morning. They left it laying right on the front porch in the pouring rain. They could have atleast stuck the package between our glass screen door and our front door. If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would! I called customer service and was told that I'd receive a phone call back within an hour to see if they could resolve the issue but never received a phone call."
