"If you like late orders, broken pallets, missing freight, squished box’s this company is for you I was just employed at RoadRunner Freight, I loved the job and my coworkers but let me tell you about the Management the terminal manager Mike Drew as well as the 2nd shift Supervisor Emily Frego both partake in vulgar or abusive language or conduct towards others, treating co-workers in a an inattentive and unprofessional manner, Unlawful and Sexual Harassment, creates a hostile work environment with verbal and visual discrimination, and retaliation towards employees causing anger issues in the work place in which there’s a good chance your order will probably have broken or missing box’s, the pallet probably will be messed up. Coming from a former employee you couldn’t pay me enough to trust them with my order you can definitely find a better place. But hey if you like supporting a company that supports breaking code of conduct and multiple legal laws towards employees and like your product messed up roadrunner will definitely be your company."

"Absolutely pathetic. My customer purchased a $12,000 digital piano that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. I have received absolutely zero communication from the company as to what day it's even supposed to arrive. I sincerely hope that we do not have to file a claim. It looks like nobody has had luck filing claims with this despicable company. It would be nice to have some honesty and communication. Every time I need basic information I have to call customer service for things that I should have in an email update. Please just do what people pay you for. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE ROADRUNNER FREIGHT. EVER. Read the reviews before you use freight companies. Lesson learned. I ship large items 5-10 times a year and using this company has been my biggest mistake yet."

"I had to give a one because there wasn't a zero but the worst company on the face of the universe for shipping! 4 day transit and it's been a month was promised it would be delivered and still waiting! People I don't care if my shipment takes a couple weeks just tell me but when you say 4 days and it becomes a month then you promise my clients a scheduled delivery and they have 5 guys waiting I have problems!"

"Drivers be warned: the reviews are accurate. I arrived within the delivery window and the first thing I'm told is that I'd be lucky if they got to me that day. It took them 10 1/2 hours to unload my trailer. Do not go in there with a time sensitive pickup afterwards because you will miss it. They have officially won my "Worst Delivery Experience Ever" award."
