"The food here is fresh, seasoned and delicious. The French onion soup is something to keep coming back for are the burgers, fried chicken and salads. Locally owned and operated"
"They were short staffed but still had good service and good food. Plenty of room to park semi nearby."
"In my opinion probably the best restaurant in lovelock the best time of day for me time dine in is the mornings for breakfast as you can see it’s exceptional the rancher’s breakfast is my favorite it comes with ham bacon sausage eggs hash browns and biscuits and gravy and for dinner my go to is the country fried steak which tastes great well seasoned mash potatoes here are good as well as there French fires I also recommend trying the fried chicken, very friendly staff here your waitress will take care of you nicely"
"The Black Rock Chicken Sandwich was unbelievably mouth-watering. The pretzel bun won me over at first sight. I've never seen anything like it. Their strawberry milkshake is to die for. Five stars."
"We passed through Lovelock last weekend on our way back from California and apparently not many restaurants in town are open on Sunday. Thankfully, this place was. Service was friendly and prompt, and you get a lot of food for the money. The special that morning was a chili-cheese omelet, which came with hash browns (a little too oily for my taste) and choice of breads including a biscuit. I asked for a side of gravy, and the waitress said she would just have the cook put gravy on top at no extra charge. Coffee cups were kept full and our tummies were, too. In fact, I could only eat half my breakfast. The omelet was huge, as was the Rancher's Breakfast, which my husband chose. Black Rock Grill is attached to the C-Punch Inn and Casino, but is apparently popular with locals, too."
