"I would never try to steer someone to a life of crime but you must at least consider it before working here. Breaking down in extreme heat/cold, which happens frequently. Pathetic management, god forbid if an actual thought came to them. Non-existent leadership, it borders on laughable. Work environment and culture is horrible, management will try their hand at sounding logical much to the amusement of the drivers. There’s not an ounce of forward thinking or direction, they just keep pounding the square peg into the round hole. Preaches family values but owners illegitimate daughter works there and is in management. As a customer you’d have to be out of your mind to use this hapless company."

Delivery is Great, Service is Great and the People are great including Julie at the front desk. Thanks for all your professional help"

"Horrible service, package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. Out for delivery on Friday, returned back to St Cloud later that day. Called and they stated driver ran out of time everyday and they would try to deliver on Monday..... 6 days late with no guarantee that it would even be delivered Monday. Cool."

"I used to never have an issue with this company until very recently. I live in Minneapolis and my grandma who lives in Wisconsin sent me a package with some perishable food items in it that was supposed to get here Wednesday. I'm currently writing this on Friday with no package still. We both checked the tracking number for it and it said that there wasn't anyone "in" so the package couldn't be delivered (I live in an apartment building and there's always packages sitting out in the entrance plus it didn't need anyone to sign for it). I waiting all day Thursday for an update, but the tracking never changed from "in transit" so my grandma once again, called to see what was going on. She was told that they did in fact have the package and that a note was put on it for it to be delivered no matter what. Here we are on Friday with STILL NO PACKAGE. I personally tried calling and got put on hold with the service desk for more than 20 minutes before my grandma got a call back saying that Spee-Dee doesn't deliver to apartments and that I would get my package on MONDAY and that the delivery driver would give me a call when they're on the way with my package so I can stand out in the entryway for lord knows how long to finally receive it. That is, if it actually does come on Monday. Never again will I, my grandma, or anyone else I know ever use this company. I guess we'll see if the food in the package is still okay."
