The UPS Store

"I just had the most terrible experience for the first time using the UPS services. I made a printing order and asked them to cut the paper. When I came to pick it up an Asian looking employee was helping me. The sheets were not cut completely. I asked to complete the job and she rushed to do it. It came out obviously crooked. I asked to recut which made her upset. She still cut it saying "I'll do it but it is what it is". It still came out a bit crooked, but it was already taking me too much energy to ask her to recut them. So yes, it "was what is was". I was the only one customer in the store at that time and the moment I left she immediately got on her phone, so I'm thinking what was the whole show about when she had plenty of time to help me in a nice manner and make sure to cut out the order nicely? Oh, and then I politely asked for an envelope. She said "no, I don't have an envelope for you". So yeah, all of my papers have to fly all over the car. I used ups printing services for years, orders always came out in envelopes. I really don't know ether she was just in a bad mood, but honestly it's the first time in the history of using UPS services I've been treated like trash. Will be staying away from this store even if I have to travel to a further location."

"The Asian lady at the front desk is very rude to the customers I drove 2 hours on Saturday morning to open a mail box she told me to bring two forms of ID I had one went back got my insurance letter and later she told me come back on Monday. Saturday they were open for business She is lazy to work. Disgusting individual. She needs to get fired. If she is not treating people with respect."

"What a great store. I was greeted very nicely upon entering. I had to return something to Amazon. The employees offered to put the return stickers on for me and made the experience so easy. Very nice people work here and made the experience pleasant!!!!! I will definitely come back again! Also its in a nice shopping center with a lot of parking."

"I went to return packages, although I printed the return slips, I was told they won't scan and they will have to charge me $2.19 to reprint said return slips. I pay for Amazon prime and free returns, why is UPS charging me for a sheet of paper? Absolutely assanine."

"Weird place. I know it’s tough to find good help these days, but I think the least you can do is greet the customer who comes in and then say thank you. Not too much to ask I suppose? I am changing my review. I walked in there today and the place was completely different from what I had experienced the other day. People said hello, thank you-it was much improved. This coming from a business owner. I never take customers for granted."
