"Very disappointed today. I ordered a bacon sausage and egg wrap and I asked for avocado. I got one with no bacon or avocado and it only had two mini pieces of sausage and filled with hash browns… unfortunately I didn’t catch it until I was 5 miles away. On the bright side our drinks were good."
"I've been coming to this Starbucks for about two weeks. Initially was ordering with the cashier, and then I started ordering with the mobile app. In all cases the staff was great. It can get a bit busy , depending on what time you go in, so I've just gotten into the habit of placing my order on the app right before I leave my house, and I walk into the store about 8 minutes later, and my drink is ready!"
"Ordered in the mobile app, it took an additional 40 minutes before we requested a refund from the estimated pick-up time. They had no idea when they would be able to get to it. They were only servicing the drive thru and left the lobby FULL of waiting customers who already paid. I'll be going to Freedom Espresso from now on."
