"Incredibly long wait times, usually understaffed. I once waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me they didn't have my prescription ready ut that they would in an hour. I came back an hour later and waited in another 45 minute line and they told me they still hadn't filled the prescription. The pharmacist was telling everyone else in line the same thing-- I guess the previous pharmacist on duty hadn't filled any of them or something. Picking up a prescription is always a hassle here. Update: a couple months later. I went back because I wanted to get some cheap makeup and it's within walking distance. A ton of stuff is locked behind those plastic vaults, including a bunch of inexpensive necessities, and it took an employee 15 minutes to answer the "customer service button." I rang it multiple times. It was not a busy time and there was an employee at checkout who knew I was there but did not come to help me even though there were no customers in line and did not think to get a manager until a manager came out of the staff area annoyed. I almost never complain about anything but I've had consistently the worst customer service I've ever had at this walgreens. Like not just the worst customer service at a walgreens, but the worst customer service period. I've had better customer service in the security line at the airport where they yell at everyone. Go somewhere else."
"This Walgreens is horrible and I've moved away from Walgreens as a pharmacy as a result. So poorly staffed they can't fill antibiotic prescriptions in under 36 hours. They won't answer the phone. When you're there, the lines are ridiculous. I feel bad for the people working there. This is the absolute worst pharmacy or Walgreens I've ever experienced."
"Lucas is the absolute worst pharmacist I have ever encountered at a Walgreens. While inline we all witnessed him yell at a woman. He wouldn't help any of us inline he just decided to answer phone calls after phone calls after phone calls. When it was my turn he took my coupon from me and told me to read the numbers to him.. I thought it was a joke as he didn't hand me the coupon back to read. I asked for it back, read out loud what he wanted me to read then said I was wrong? The worst customer service I've ever seen."
"If you enjoy being verbally accosted the second you walk into this store, then you’re in the right place. I’m a law student near this Walgreens, and walked to the store to grab a prescription. When I walked it, ann employee beelined to me and began yelling at me for entering the store with my backpack. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bag containing expensive law school textbooks and my laptop at the front counter, but had no other option. I will gladly drive 100 miles out of my way to get a prescription if means I don’t have to ever step foot in this establishment again. Y I K E S"
"Don't go here or any other Walgreens as my experiences here have completely turned my off from the company as a whole. Due to Walgreens incompetence I've had to ration out meds and experience withdrawal symptoms because they take excruciating long times to refill prescriptions. Refills will often sit in "Pending" until you call them. But good luck reaching them – I’ve literally been holding for over two hours and I started as the third call in queue (I know this as while on hold they tell you how many calls are before yours every 20 seconds). This isn't even their scheduled break. I even walked down there to see if I could talk to someone, but, as usual, the line is 15 people long. I can even hear the phone ringing from the pharmacy. This is for a medication that can only be refilled on or past the date you last filled it, which means, as mentioned above, I have had to ration out my meds. It was supposed to be filled three days ago. I tried to ask the cashier if there is someone I could complain to and they just stared at me. They didn’t even say a word to me, just a partial smile. What is that? I guess I’ll let it ring until they pick up? In addition to the poor pharmacy, this store is stunningly filthy. The floors are black, the tiles are worn. You have to literally shop around people who are waiting in line for their prescriptions. There’s a vaccination booth where the line ends, but I couldn’t imaging getting a vaccine here with how gross it is. There’s a CVS a little over half a mile down the road that is newer, clean, has a better pharmacy, and doesn’t smell. I’d say that it appears as if Walgreens has thrown in the towel for this store and have just given up, but all the Walgreens in the area are like this – though not as bad. Once my insurance changes at the start of the year, I will never fill my prescriptions or go into these stores again. Update: They hung up after the two hour mark. Nuts to this place."
