"Getting sick of this place. Moved into a new house in June 2023. I am still receiving mail for the old residence (I have called multiple times about it) Now I have been noticing my bills are not showing up or when they do they are late. (Example- bill came today addressed for the 13... now guess what my payment is late!) This place needs to do better!"

"I am commenting for my workplace delivery service. For the past 7 years, we have had so many problems with this Post Office. Whether it is incorrect delivery, not stopping to collect when our flag is up or just plain putting packages into a neighboring mailbox because it is larger, this is getting tiresome. Several calls have been made and supposedly notes are taken, but we continue to receive the wrong mail and today we even received one that was ours, but mailed to the wrong address. The worst part is that the item was a check and whomever opened it, could see it was not theirs, thanks to a window envelope. This just careless mail delvery."

"The girls are always friendly and in a great mood when I stop in to the Redwood Falls Post office. The cowbell is a new addition to the door opening but all is good. Always a pleasant experience stopping in there"
