"Called to find out why my 3 day late shipment wasn’t here only to be told it’s somewhere on the west coast (I’m in the Midwest). When I asked the customer service lady what the game plan is she acted as if I asked her to personally get in her car and go get it. If you’re going to drop the ball on deliveries at least train your customer service people on how to navigate those situations with customers."

"Wow,I was told my delivery would be between 12 and 4. Brian showed up at 11:55am. He unloaded my product , and I asked him if he could bring it to the back door. It did weigh close to 300 pds. He took the lift and brought it to the back door. There was a dent in the cardboard box, so we opened it up and the product did not have any damage. He was very professional in his approach to the customer, and carrys a lot with me. Thanks again R & L Carriers, I can see why Gamblers Oasis uses you."

"R & L called to tell me they will deliver between Noon-5 PM and will need an adult signature. They could not be any more specific than a 5 hour window, it's 2019, they have my phone number. I take half a day off work so I can be home Noon-5. I get home and my package is already in the garage, they knocked on my neighbors door and asked him to sign it at 10 AM. Apparently they will just go around getting any stranger to sign it! Unprofessional. Possibly illegal. Not happy!"
