"I get medications 3-4 times a month. I use CVS to fill them automatically which helps with any wait time. If I need to get a new prescription I go to the pharmacy before shopping and my prescription is done before I am. The staff and pharmacists I’ve dealt with are very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant in what can be a very busy environment."

"I can't grade this pharmacy low enough. It used to be just OK. Now, and for a while now, I have refilled my prescriptions online - even though they're on auto-refill but somehow never get auto-refilled - only to wait and wait and wait an unreasonable amount of time. I call the pharmacy but no one answers and I am on hold for at least 45 mins each time. I hang up because I can't hold and I have other things to do. I finally, FINALLY, today reached someone who was so rude I was truly offended. They say they're a week behind! I understand being a week behind on luxury items and even for food but I do not understand it for life-saving medications. That is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I am switching to another one immediatdely."

"Personnel behind the counter are usually very friendly. But my last couple medication refills haven't been refilled in a timely manner. When I called today to follow up on a refill I placed 5 days ago, I was told that they were a WEEK behind on prescriptions but they would be happy to refill my order today since I called. I am trying to be patient since I understand everyone is short-staffed everywhere, but I do wonder if it might be time to try a different pharmacy."

"This pharmacy is often out of medication. Has happened with everyone on my families medication. You can often wait a week if you call a week in advance to get a medication filled that has refills still available. There is just never enough help here, but other CVS pharmacies are similar and have been this way for several years."
