"Visited this store few times and was impressed with the selection of bikes, accessories and clothing they have. Unfortunately I did buy my bike from a different dealer and had many issues that resulted in not using my new bike very much in the first year. When I finally got my bike back Freewheel went through it to make sure everything was good to go, they did find some issues and loose bolts. With problems I had with my new bike I was also talking to a Trek representative which also were very good to deal with. Just glad I had 2 other bikes to ride last summer while waiting for this one to be repaired correctly. (Not a problem from Freewheel) Don't forget to join their (Fanatics) program and save some $$$$$"

"Went in to check out a flat tire. It has tubeless tires so I didn't know how to check for leaks or repair or put in a tube. The mechanic was very informative and helpful. He explained how often I needed to check the sealant and how to determine if the sealant would be enough. He open up the tire to show me it was dry with sealant. He showed me how to put in the sealant and put the tire back on the rim. He only charged me for the sealant. Great service and couldn't be more happy with Freewheel."

"Stopped in Freewheel in Eagan a couple weeks ago to grab some gear before heading to the North Shore to do some biking. Had excellent help picking some things out. Upon returning from my trip I was having issues with my rear cassette and still had a week left of vacation. Stopped in to see if they could take a quick look at it to see what the problem was. Within 15 minutes they had the issue resolved and my bike was working great! I appreciate not having to wait three or four days to get my bike back! Excellent service. Clean shop with great gear.
