"Unfortunately, it is the slowest Burger King I've ever been to. Don't come here if you're ever in a hurry. The quality is there, but speed isn't."
"The employees are warm and friendly but management needs to ensure they are fully staffed more often because the drive thru tends to be very slow. However, they do make sure to prepare the food well compared to other local fast food places."
"Was warmly greeted with a pleasant hello and smile from Cody who took my order. I ordered just one item and discovered I was a little short on the total amount for my sandwich and Cody graciously said he would take care of the rest of the amount which was so generous and kind of him to do that. The only issue I had was the breakfast sandwich was only luke warm and not hot. There was a female employee behind the counter who made a rude comment towards Cody and said "You don't belong up front here". I was so grateful to have Cody come up and help me, as there was nobody coming up to the counter to take my order. Thanks Cody for the great customer service and the kindness that you extended to me on my visit!"
"Where to begin? What a waste of $12.68. I did the drive-thru and got the number one Whopper meal. I soon learned why I was alone in the drive-thru lane, and I saw that the inside was vacant. Everyone else apparently read the reviews on this place. Anyway, I started by ordering coke, but they were out of coke. I'm not sure how a fast food joint runs out of Coke but there you go. I was told I'd be given sugar for the tea that I ordered, but got mostly Sweet and Low which doesn't work for me. The fries were old....and cold. The whopper was the same. They'd been sitting for awhile, I guess. No ketchup either. Guess I should have asked for it, not that drowning the fries in ketchup would have really improved the taste. I asked for a receipt once I got my order, but was told that there was no printer paper to make receipts. How in the heck does a COMPETENT manager allow that to happen? This store is just AWFUL. The owners of this franchise should really evaluate closing this place up. The quality is one star! I won't return. I want a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this "restaurant" if it may be called as such!"
