"Traveling on 29 North in Missouri and at mile marker 47 near St. Joseph some road work required merging due to a left lane closure. The woman driving truck 1691 took it upon herself to weave and swerve over the line multiple times to block and prevent several cars from attempting to zipper merge, not only being reckless and near side-swiping several vehicles but also causing a larger traffic impact than necessary. You would think someone on the road so much would understand the concept of a zipper merge and that while the left lane was usable it is perfectly acceptable for vehicles to remain in the lane up until the point of merging, then follow a "you-go-i-go" format. Even AFTER having merged and gone through the construction, this woman continued to straddle the line and prevent cars coming onto the highway, as well as from getting up to speed again in the left lane for another mile or so due to their weaving, blocking, and impeding the normal flow of traffic for an additional mile beyond any road work. She was absolutely a danger to other drivers and if this company had answered the phone they could've had a first hand account of her behavior whilst driving. Please speak to your drivers and educate them on the rules of the road. Just because they are semi trucks does not mean they get to bully and endanger other drivers just trying to navigate safely."
