A&A Express

"The worst experience I've had in my 15+ yrs of professional driving. They did not stand by anything that was stated and or expressed on their behalf. First dispatch through home town to collect items, orientation pay, online training completion bonuses. But most of all respect and concern, let alone compassion from administration and dispatch. Inept logistics I'm used to over years of driving. To be disrespected without concern to the situation your company put me in. That's disappointing. And then be screwed out of compensation for things I've fulfilled my obligations for. Without concern or any regards. DISGUSTING!!! I would rather do Marine boot camp.. AGAIN!!!.. At my current 46 year old body. Being shouted at and degraded by drill instructors than ever having to drive that short week and a half for A & A Express. I pray that the other student in orientation with me has found better. For he was returning truck before I was. Same reason. As well as young lady I met at greyhound station or casino next door to the closed station. Whom also was leaving A & A Express for same reason I was but her experiences weren't like the ones I encountered. She liked everything the miles pay staff. Until... DAN.... her new dispatcher. DAN. My disrespectful smart talking 'I don't care' attitude having dispatcher. DAN. The same reason other student in orientation was leaving. But from my conversations with a few others inside the office Dan and his actions are acceptable. And they are backed up and defended by his superiors. Good luck and God bless to any whom find themselves at this place hoping and seeking a way to support and feed their families. They set mine further back."

"I nvr worked for aa express but I did for the vice president at another place. And he was such a awesome person helped me in ways I thought no one could. We joked around about our height I'm 5foot2 and he's like 6 foot. Such a good person. Merry Christmas to you all."

"I'm not even sure where the bad reviews are coming from. A&A Express hired me in April of 2021 and I can truthfully say that they are a huge step up from where I came from. Everything that recruiting all the way to dispatch have told me have been promises kept and I got more than I bargained for. I ended up in a fairly nice truck that is well worth the price and they've worked with me to keep me paid from day one. Again, not sure how they have bad reviews unless there were just drivers whom couldn't cut it here. And cheap freight? You'd be hard pressed to pull anything under $2.00 a mile here. That's been rare since I've been here."
