"This has been my favorite shop to go for especially for winter sports, i can’t talk enough about how great of a job they do here and how quick it can be done sometimes. This season has been all over the place with me for equipment i’ve had bindings break and skis remounted, boots din tested. All of which was done amazing and i was honestly shocked at the turn around. The first time i went in it was my first day out and my binding had completely shattered through the brakes, i went in and Jack helped me out with the options and then Chris got them done within the hour!!! and i was right back out skiing. The second time i was getting my setup changed and decided to switch some boots Taylor fitted a bunch for me and unfortunately they didn’t work but when i finally found the ones i did he got them mounted within 2 days and i was right back into my season. I really could talk for hours about this place, definitely the spot to go for your outdoor needs. Also wanna add the amount of knowledge these guys have and take seriously about these sports is amazing."

"While I was there I got helped by both Chris and Erik. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and quickly found me something that fit what I was looking for. I haven’t made a purchase yet but most likely will be in the near future. Particular shout out to Chris who is the service manager and just so happened to be filling in a sales spot on the day that I was there. I had a few mechanical questions that he was the perfect person to have that conversation with. Chris did an amazing job not talking over my head with lingo and focused on educating a potential customer. I thoroughly enjoyed this approach as it made me feel very comfortable about the product being shown to me. Will be back!"

"Came to drop-off skis & snowboard for tuneups. The service mgr (Chris) was outstanding in checking out the condition of my gear & suggesting honest input to the needed service without overselling. My kids & I then browsed bikes & another associate was helpful with answering questions even though he knew we weren’t buying. I then purchased a stomp pad & the associate linked my account to the order without even having to ask my info. Another great experience at Erik’s!"

"The main tech in Eagan was really friendly and cool in a laid back way. I think his name is Chris. I felt at ease. I know nothing, but he talked through every item he was charging me for. Yea, it was over $150 to repair/tune, but when you talk through each item and they’re each about $12, you know you’re getting reasonable value. Will definitely be back. Cash register guys super helpful too, looking at/discussing new grips."
