"3 weeks and they couldn’t figure out the problem. Was throwing a throttle code error and they replace it and that wasn’t it. They said it’s the ECM next we order one and that wasn’t it too. Got charge half hr labor. They decided to work on my atv the last week when I need so who knows if they actually did anything. I would not recommend this place just go to the big shop."

"Will not come here again. First of all, there is some super grumpy old dude who works there that’s just rude for no reason. When I dropped off my dirt bike rims off to get trued and new tires put on. While dropping them off, some lady was there getting a flat tire fixed on her moped, and he was giving her a hard for pushing it down the sidewalk instead of driving it. Dropped off my rims 7-15-23. They never called me at all I finally decided to give them a call weeks later 8-4-23 and my stuff was just done but no one ever called me. Poor customer service. When I get there I notice my tires don’t have rim locks on I tell the guy he says the guy who trues the tires and the guy who puts the tires on are different people so they must of got misplaced say they would be done early the following week since it was Friday. Finally, I got a call 8-9-23 from Honda town the first call they ever gave me. I answer thinking my tires are ready and it’s some guy asking for me to look for my rim locks because they can’t find them. I entertain the guy and go look around for them. I don’t find them because they were on my rims when I dropped them off. They order new ones to put on. I give them a call 8-22-23 he says they haven’t got to putting them on yet, and they will be done either the end of the day or early tomorrow. I tell him I’ll pick them up tomorrow. 8-23-23 I get there about 1:30. They say they aren’t done yet it will be the next thing they do. They need 1-2 more hours. So I had to come back the next day to pick them up. Over $500 for over 5 weeks and only 1 phone call from them. Not to mention, charging 1 hour of labor to put tires on with a tire machine is wild it does not take that long. Not to mention they charged my friend 1.5 hours of labor to put tires on so they aren’t even consistent with prices. The Honda brand should drop this place as a dealer, they are giving a great company a bad name."

"I haven’t been here in 3 years because of how I was treated 3 years ago, decided to give them another shot to true up 2 wheels, and put tubes and tires on. I purchased the tubes through them but I brought in my own tires I purchased online. Wheels are off a 450 dirt bike for reference. Once I came in I was greeted by the older gentleman that treated me terrible years ago when I asked questions. This time I asked what brand of tubes they supply and got a shrug and a head shake saying “they’re tubes does it matter” in a extremely rude manner. I ask because I don’t want some junk bikemaster brand garbage. I ride hard enduro and go through tubes more than one should. So I said fine put them on. Then I was told it should take one hour to true up wheels and should not be long. 3 weeks later they were ready. Insane. Also when I was there I asked how much for the chain lube loud and clear and was completely ignored. Like I was asking another outrageous question. Plus they charged me an hour and a half to put tubes and tires on that were OFF of the bike. And not an hour to true up wheels but an hour and a half. It was 400$ and they claimed it takes 45 mins a tire with the tire machine. I can do it in half that with tire spoons if I had to. The main thing that made me write this is the older gentleman with white longer hair. Super crabby disrespectful snappy guy. That’s my last straw. Don’t go here. They take forever and treat you like you know nothing and stupid. 0/10 and my “trued up wheels are not straight and still are bent” not sure how they are still in business"

"I just picked up my new Honda HSS724A snowblower today from Honda Town. My 25 year old Honda snowblower was finally starting to nickle and dime me, and of course only when we get a big snow. Honda Town is one of the few remaining full-service Honda power equipment dealers in the region and it's obvious they take that very seriously (and they sell Honda motorcycles too!). Walking into their store, you will be zoomed back in time 30-40 years (a very good thing). The parts counter is right up front. When you walk in, you're greeted by the friendly parts guy. For me, the parts guys are a great gauge on how you'll be treated by sales, service. Marshall helped me with my snowblower purchase. I had called yesterday (1/3/2023) asking about the new snowblower, then I started talking about my old Honda, what was wrong and all. Marshall's first instinct was to walk me through possible issues that could help me fix my old snowblower! He said he'd be happy to sell me a new snowblower, but he'd be happy to help with my old Honda too...free advice over the phone. Honda Town brings back the simplicity of trust and a good name."

"On Saturday afternoon, July 18 and per phone conversation with staff, I was told to drop motorcycle in the dealership parking lot so they could take a look at in on Monday, July 20. Thus, a tow truck dropped the motorcycle in the dealership parking lot, and I left the key in the drop box. On the morning of July 20, staff from the dealership called me asking for motorcycle whereabouts. Apparently, someone stole the motorcycle from their parking lot over the weekend. I requested video footage and was told that they don't have video cameras in their parking lot. While I continue to work with the police and my insurance company, be aware that there is no video cameras in the parking lot and customer property ain't safe."
