"Worst car buying experience ever. I've bought five new cars in the last seven years and all have been positive. They wouldn't let me take an extended test drive unless someone followed me. They pulled my credit without telling me, even though I was paying cash. Then I waited in the lobby for over an hour to sign papers. When I got home I realized the seats were going to be too firm for my bad back, so I called the next day to see if I could cancel it and get my trade back. They said only if I pay $2,000. Other new car dealers in the area let you bring it back within seven days if you're not happy. And I'm definitely not happy, will never buy a car here again. Don't fall for the goofy commercials, all they care about is getting your money."
