"Former worker here. Witnessed the owner, Seth, call the police on a frustrated customer while I was trying to deescalate. One of the other workers, Robin, proceeded to pull the customer's information from their point-of-service system to dox him... so your info's not even safe with them. Take your money elsewhere."

"Customer service is horrible! Went to look at a bike and the lady that was helping us left us- when we went to look for her we could not find her - we asked her coworker and she stated she went on break. Ummmmmm…..okay. We bought a bike elsewhere. It seems like a lot of the workers here are afraid to communicate with people. It’s awkward and the staff make it awkward. Go to the U of M re-use bike shop- much better service."
