"The first time I visited a few years ago, I was charmed by this shop. I bought my favorite pair of earrings and a faux fur coat here, and the owners were so friendly. We had their customer cards and everything. Well, when I recently returned to the shop with my husband on our anniversary, things were quite different. The store hadn't changed, but the service was abysmal. We walked in and the owner saw us but was too busy chatting with someone else to even say hello. We walked around for a few minutes and were deciding on a purchase when the owner "suddenly" realized we were there and seemed annoyed at our presence. She was so unfriendly that we left without buying anything and decided not to go back."
