"I spoke with an employee and the assistant manager from what I was told and was very disappointed! I am one of many victims to the campfire in paradise ca. I was called back by the assistant manager because the employee was unaware of the situation and the help provided by Chico. She informed me that she would contact Chico branch and get back to me. Not only did I have to call her back to get info but the only info I received was that they would send donations to Chico and if I wanted help I would have to return to Chico. I have an eight week old son and no way of traveling 4 hours in hopes that there will be enough donations left for my mother and I. I definitely won’t be shopping here ever! If you want good customer service with people who care about other go to TORRID!"
