"I bought a bike from them maybe 12 - 14+ years ago which cost me nearly 1000 dollars. I ended up getting back issues and then Achilles issues and never used the bike much at all. Now a days when I try to get some distance out of the bike the rear tire keeps twisting and rubbing on the frame. They tried to fix it and couldn't figure it out. I took it to cars and they fixed it. Bottom line is they didn't stand behind what they sold. They also had gotten paid to tune it up and fix the shifters because in storage some things got messed up. You'd think that they could look at the fact that I gave them nearly 1400 dollars to ride that bicycle and do everything possible to get it so I can ride it."
"Greeted by a professional pair of bike enthusiasts who quickly replaced my back tire. Parts and labor under 20 bucks, 10 minute job. I've been coming to this bike shop for years. Edit:. Isn't it sad to see a 5 star go to 1. My business is no longer allowed because they disagreed with me in my assessment of an improv to fix."
"Worst Experience I've ever had at a bike shop! Im not sure if it was because I have tattoos or if I just looked intimidating but for some reason the woman working the counter must have thought I was going to steal something or just didn't want to be at work that day. Not only did I have to wait for almost 35 minutes to get my questions answered but I got the impression she didn't want my business. Which ultimately was fine because I found everything I wanted to buy on Amazon for almost 35% less anyways. I tried explaining that I didn't like being shadowed through the store while browsing and her condescending attitude was going to lose her a $350 sale but all I got was a lame explanation that made no sense whatsoever. I will NEVER come here again! They offer no return policy on any of their items and when asked about defects she stated that they have never had anything that was defective and I could not return anything. Funniest part was that I had just pointed out how the rack system I was wanting to buy had been assembled incorrectly and was defective. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! RUDE EMPLOYEES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!"
"I’ve been a customer for 23 years. When I’ve needed a new bike, the folks there helped me decide, based on my needs at that time. When any of my family’s bikes needed repairs, they did the work as promptly as their existing work load permitted. Simple, teeny adjustments, done on the spot. Great products, good people!"
"I have had my and my whole families bike serviced here for two years. I came here after another bike shop told me that my bike was too old and to buy a new one. These guys fixed it no problem and no pressure. That's why they will win my business for years to come and why I'm going to buy my next bike from them. It's rare to find a place where they aren't trying to screw you or put you into something you don't need. Can't recommend them enough."
