"They TOOK an Hour and Half to get my food out . Which i get if there very busy. But the most annoying part is they told us it would be ready sooner then that . Not everyone has time to wait almost 2 hours for wings."
"Probably the last time I'll eat at this wingstop. They are always behind even when you order ahead. My food was 20 minutes late. Ask for a ranch was told, I needed to pay for it, but the customers right before me were female, and the young man behind the counter had no problem giving them free ranch. I don't blame the crew as you are only as strong as your leader. The manager seems a bit lazy."
"Out of all wing stops in town this is the worst one the customer service was so bad the cashier was so rude literally tossed us our food bag and once we asked for plates he ignored us to help the next 2 people on top of that I waiting 1 hour for my food just to get there and they tell me we’re early to wait another 30 so we did just for our food to be cold. Management needs to hire people who actually want to work there with good attitude!"
