"I remember ordering the chicken parm sandwich and fries. I don’t remember ordering it extra burnt and inedible. Absolutely SHAME on the cook who boxed this meal up and sent it from the kitchen to the dining room to be served as a representation of an Island Grill menu option . This terrible sandwich should have been remade without question. But let’s face it….customer service, gone. Quality of product, gone. Affordable places to eat out, gone. Chances of me ever ordering from the Island Grill again, gone."

"Honestly one of the better chicken katsus I've had. Comes with lots of veggies(can get them without veggies). The pizza, garlic knots, and the chili cheese fries are pretty average. Burger wasn't seasoned much but not the worst."

"We got a few things at this spot, bbq chicken, chicken tiki burger and pot stickers and nothing was very good. It was the end of the night and they were out of nearly everything, but I wish they would have let us know we should stop elsewhere. The “veggies” in my bowl was old lettuce, and they had almost no bbq sauce on the chicken. I asked for a side of teriyaki to use on it, but when I got to the room, they never added it to our bag. Not really worth going back down there for, definitely avoid."
