"Happy Hour is back at The Oyster Bar! We love the happy hour specials here, especially the Shrimp Pan Roast and Shrimp Louie. Happy Hour is 4-6 Sunday-Thursday, but if you miss it, the Oyster Bar is still a great place for a nice dinner out. Located inside the Nugget Casino, it has an old school vibe. The servers are awesome too!"

"I used to love The Oyster Bar, however, on my last visit (after a five year hiatus) I was incredibly disappointed. The calamari we ordered was pale and not crispy, the shrimp scampi I ordered was greasy, flavorless and definitely not worth the $25 or so I paid for the dish. Our waitress was helpful for approximately the first half of our meal, but she practically ignored us for the rest. Struggled with waiting for a second round of cocktails. Probably will not go back."

"Since 1959! Good old fashioned seafood diner with charming nautical decor, warm and super friendly service, great little fish tank bar! This is one of the few, if not only, places in a Reno casino that has changed very little throughout the years. The pan roast and the seafood tower are the best!"

"We enjoyed the Oyster Bar. The only issue was the smoking, but it is a casino. The food was very good and not too expensive. We had the oysters and shrimp appetizers. The entrees were an okay size. We had the pan roasted cioppino which was good but not as much seafood as it used to have. I had the mushroom ravioli which was terrific. The Lobster ravioli was good too but mushroom ravioli was way better for the price. The lobster and crab rolls were good but kind of like a good egg salad sandwich but with crab or lobster. We waited about 15 minutes to pay our check and then realized that you pay at the entrance. Definitely, park at front surface Street not the parking garage."

"The dining experience was disappointing. Both the sandwich and fries were served cold and overly salty, and unfortunately, we had to wait for an extended period without any assistance from the waitress. It was a frustrating hour to receive such unsatisfactory food. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience."
