"Burger combo is okay at best, definitely not worth the almost $20 price tag. $1.50 for (1) slice of cheese is crazy Owner/operator leaves you wanting for customer service. My burger did not come out as listed on their menu and when I brought up to the cook I was told I’m wrong and did not get any satisfaction. Could totally pass on this place, plenty of better tasting and better served burger joints around close by."
"Rokko, working on 02/08/24 at approximately 12:45pm is the rudest person I’ve met. I’ve been a long time supporter of Juicys (Wells Location). This was my first time at this location. The man was extremely rude from the moment that I started my order. He also started fussing with a young lady that had started cooking my meals ordered. I asked him if he had American cheese, his response was “I don’t use that it’s fake.” While ordering my meal he cut me off every other word. I asked him if he was having a bad day and his response was “you must haven’t been around many Italians”. Poor customer service. I am a known entertainer and will be making sure to spread the word to not support this establishment. A Caucasian customer said bye as he was leaving and the cashiers entire attitude changed and was extremely friendly. I have no other way to feel besides the fact that maybe his attitude was horrible because of my skin color. COMPLETE A-HOLE AND I WILL BE CALLING THE CITY TO INVESTIGATE. Update: called to complain and found out that the guy is the owner. What a SHAME…and while he was busy being rude, he messed up on my entire orders. Photos attached. I asked for Mayo and mustard, had to add that myself when I got home. Bun was also torn in half. HORRIBLE LOCATION AND IF HE IS THE OWNER THEN IM SURE THIS LOCATION MAY CLOSE AS WELL."
"I went in today with a co worker on my lunch break. This was my first time at this location and my co worker warned me before going in that the owner is very rude. I laughed and thought it can’t be that bad but boy was I wrong. Upon walking in the “owner” was very confrontational and asked us if we were eating in or taking it to go. He wasn’t asking to be courteous or because it’s part of his job, he only asked because I walked in with a bottle of water- mostly gone with only about a quarter left. I tell him that we are ordering to go and that I don’t need a drink. He starts yelling about how he sells water and this is bad for his “business”. Even after informing him that i wasn’t ordering a drink he made me throw out the rest of my water bottle. What kind of backwards service is this? My co worker and I still ordered a burger because we didn’t have time to go anywhere else. I couldn’t believe it when he slapped down frozen patties with the same gloves that he wore at the register. I ended up throwing my “burger” in the trash and just ate the fries. I didn’t miss out on anything but a terrible burger according to my co worker- burger was flavorless and dry, exactly what you’d expect from a frozen patty and the exact opposite of the establishment’s name: Juicy’s."
"This place has pretty great food! Got a double cheeseburger with bacon and the quality of the bacon was top notch. You got two strips that are long and thick and taste great. Also get a nice thick patty that is substantial. Honestly will only get a single next time because the patties are so big. Also had nice fresh toppings and when you ask for pickles you get a lot, not two measly little pickles like some places. Onion rings are decent too. Nothing to rave about, but will satisfy the onion ring craving. Be warned about the price, it is not cheap. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing. You get what you pay for and the quality here is great. Also, we went there on a hot summer day and it seemed like the AC was not working. We were pretty sweaty by the time we left, so taking your food to go in the summer may be a wise choice."
